Yesssss me too! I just hope they don't make him too weak; I don't think this is a big canon risk, but MCU/Spider-man fics frequently forget that Spider-man is definitely in the upper classes of metahuman strength. It can be either in fights or something as simple as him having to be saved because smushed by a flying car or something... in one fic, it's nbd, in multiple fics (where infantilisation and Adoptive Avengers Dads are also explicit or implicit) it develops a certain nails on chalkboard effect

NA

Oh god yes. Drives me nuts. Like, Copperbadge, I'd give your supposed comics chops more credit if you didn't have a fic where in a Steve & Peter patrol, Steve's there to be the hitter.

Of course, I've seen some fucking fics forget Spidey-sense. Jesus christ, guys.

I was going to say I haven't seen fics forgetting it, but then I realized I noped out of one just the other day. Bah, humbug

Odd, that - I'd have thought Copperbadge would be all over Peter's character type. Office geek with sekrit superpowers is how he used to write Ianto Jones

Copperbadge doesn't even put the hyphen in, nonnie. Copperbadge is a pretty solid Spider-fail.
